royal icing flower cupcakes

my culinary teacher also was a caterer and so while we leared how to to do royal icing flowers, one of our passing tests was to make a certain amount for the order.  so not all of these were me, tho mine are the top two rows on the center tray (the orange and pinks to the left center of the image ^^  )
